Ola is a GP currently working at a busy suburban practice in Coventry, where he is also a qualified trainer. He is a Training Programme Director on the Coventry Vocational Training Scheme, where he trained and now leads the delivery of the IMG module. A strong IMG advocate, Ola’s areas of expertise are in clinical reasoning, communication, and consultation skills, on which he has delivered teaching at local, regional, and national meetings. He was nominated for the RCGP Inspire awards under the GP Educator of the Year category in 2024.
As part of his IMG advocacy drive, Ola runs a popular YouTube channel that addresses issues IMGs face in GP training. He is also a volunteer mentor to many doctors from across the country.
