Dr Olurotimi Adejumo MBBS, MRCPsych, MSc
Dr Adejumo had his undergraduate medical education at the University of Ibadan in Nigeria and subsequently completed Psychiatry residency and subspecialty Child Psychiatry training also in Nigeria. He worked in academic faculty roles thereafter, teaching students at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
Over the years, he developed an interest in neurodevelopmental aspects of Psychiatry and is currently a dual Specialty Registrar in Psychiatry of Intellectual disabilities and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in the UK. He has completed an MSc in Child & Adolescent Mental Health (Ibadan) and an MSc in Clinical Investigation (Northwestern, USA).
As an Education Fellow at the Centre for International Medical Graduates, Dr Adejumo will work with the team to develop Psychiatry training material specifically relevant to international medical graduates across a range of cadres, among other functions.
