Lucky is an experienced GP who has worked in the NHS for the past 22 years. He is passionate about medical education. He has completed a postgraduate certificate in medical education, has worked as a GP trainer and more recently joined Lincoln Medical School (University of Lincoln) to teach communication skills.
He is a professional coach and mentor, working with several organisations to support all levels of NHS employees (including GP Trainees in difficulty). He is a GP appraiser and a senior appraiser in Lincolnshire.
